3. Information on this website

The website gives general information about residential garage door services. It is not a diagnosis of your door and is not a substitute for an assessment by a qualified technician. Every door, opener and installation is different.

Safety. Garage door springs, cables and related parts are under high tension and can cause serious injury. Do not attempt to adjust, release, repair or replace them yourself based on anything on this website. If a door is damaged, off its tracks, hanging unevenly or has a broken spring or loose cable, stop using it, keep people and vehicles clear, and contact a professional.

4. Service requests and enquiries

Sending a request through our website form, by email or by phone is an enquiry only. It does not create a contract, does not reserve a time, and does not confirm an appointment, a price or the availability of a service at your location. Any preferred date or time you give is a preference. We confirm coverage, scheduling and the proposed work with you directly.

We may decline a request, for example if your home is outside the area we serve or the work is not something we offer. Online forms depend on third party services and may occasionally fail. If you do not hear from us, please call 832-709-4772.

5. Telephone consultations booked through Google Calendar

Our booking page uses Google Calendar appointment scheduling. A booking reserves a 15 minute telephone consultation only. It does not schedule an on site visit, repair or installation, and it does not confirm a price. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of the booking tool. If we need to change or cancel a consultation, we will try to contact you using the details you provided.

6. Estimates, prices and work

Nothing on this website is an offer to perform work at a particular price. The scope of any work, the price, payment terms, scheduling, and any warranty or guarantee that applies are set out in the written estimate, invoice or agreement we give you for that job. If these terms differ from that written document, the written document controls for that job.

7. Your responsibilities

When you use the website or send us a request, you agree to:

• give accurate contact details and an honest description of the problem;
• only request work on a property you own or are authorized to arrange work for;
• not send spam, harmful code, or content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading;
• not interfere with the website, attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use, or use automated tools to submit requests or bookings.

8. Calls and text messages

If you give us a phone number and choose phone call or text message as your contact method, you agree that we may call or text that number about your request, consultation or service. Message and data rates may apply. To stop text messages, reply STOP or tell us. You do not need to agree to receive marketing messages to request service.

9. Intellectual property

The website’s text, design, illustrations, name and wordmark belong to ForgeGate or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, republish or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Other websites and services

The website links to and uses services run by other companies, including Google (booking calendar) and Formspree (form delivery). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that information on it is complete or current. We may change or remove content at any time.

It does not apply to work we perform for you, which is covered by the written terms for that job and by applicable law.
