Who we are
This website is operated by ForgeGate Garage Doors, a residential garage door service business serving the Houston area. You can reach us on 832-709-4772.
What we collect
When you send a request through our form, we receive the details you enter:
- your name and phone number;
- your email address, if you choose to give it;
- your city or ZIP code;
- the type of request, the service you need, and your description of the problem;
- your preferred contact method and time, and any preferred visit date or time you choose to give;
- the page of the website you sent the request from.
We do not ask for your full street address at this stage, and the form does not accept file uploads.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry — to contact you, understand the problem, and arrange a visit if you want one. We do not use form submissions for marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information.
How the form works
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a hosted form service, which delivers your request to our inbox by email. Formspree processes the submission on our behalf and applies spam filtering. Its handling of data is described in its own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for our normal business records.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from an enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling 832-709-4772.
